Spring Break: March 19 – 27
Easter Break: April 2 – 4
Recital Dates: Friday, May 21 6:00pm and/or Saturday, May 22 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm. (Times may slightly change) This year we are renting the auditorium an additional day and adding a show to accommodate social distancing for the hope to invite more friends and family to the show. Precautions that are required on these dates will be taken to help keep those who choose to attend, healthy and safe. The show order will be posted by March 29th.
Recital Location: St. Dominic High School – 31 St Dominic Dr. O’Fallon Mo.
We are thrilled the St. Dominic High School is allowing us to rent their Performing Arts Facility for our recital this season!!! Venues are very hard to come by during this current situation.
Online Recital Ticket Sales Begin: Saturday, May 8 at 9:00am – $12.00 per Ticket – You will be given details closer to the show on how many tickets per family can be purchased. This will be determined by St Charles Co and County Health Department as to what their capacity and social distancing requirements will be at that time.
Recital Picture Week: April 19-22 Most pictures are scheduled to be on the evening or morning of your weekly class…. With the exception of Friday and Saturday evening classes. The Fri. and Sat. class pictures will be scheduled on Thursday the 22. Details on days, times, tight color and shoe requirements will be sent out within the next few weeks. (No classes on picture days Mon – Thurs the Friday and Saturday classes will be held.
Parent Observation Days: We want to thank everyone for their cooperation and understanding of limiting parents into the building for the safety of our staff and studio families. We have been very fortunate to have been able to run in studio classes this season as many others have had to hold zoom classes. I do want to safely offer parents the opportunity to come in and view their child during their class time. We had hoped we could have done this sooner but are happy to see that cases are decreasing, and the vaccine has become available to many. Please read carefully the guidelines we are implementing to offer this to our families.
March 29 – April 1 (Observation for Studio C Classes Only)
April 5 – 10 (Observation for Studio B Classes Only)
April 12 – 17 (Observation for Studio A Classes Only)
Please refer to the 2020/21 schedule below if you do not know what classroom your child is in.
(No Observation during Sunday Dance Team Rehearsals. Please be sure dance team members are wearing masks to every class from now till the season has ended)
One Parent/Adult per student will be allowed to come in and observe weekly classes from the lobby. (No siblings allowed) Please wait till the instructor has taken the students temperatures and brings them into class before entering the observation area. The observer must wear a mask at all times, Sanitize hands when entering the studio, Be mindful of social distancing and Considerate to other parents trying to also observe. (You may alternate a Parent/Adult if both Mom/Dad etc.… would like to observe. But please only one observer at a time per student, as there is limited allowance of capacity in the building and little space in the lobby) Masks for students are highly recommended but not required.
April and Mays tuition and Dance Team fees are both due on April 1. Please note: All invoices must be paid to date to participate in the recital.
June 1 – July 12 Summer Session: Registration begins April 19
Class Placement letters for 2021/22 Season: Mailed or Emailed May 25 Please be sure we have your correct house address, email address and cell phone number AND PROVIDER in our system
Sept 7 – May 2021/22 Season: Registration begins June 1
Starz National Competition Rehearsals: – These rehearsal will be during the week, Mon-Thurs, beginning June 1. This will allow for families to travel and make plans over the summer weekends. A schedule will be available by April 19 – We must know by May 1st who will be attending. Fees are due by May 15th.
Starz Competitive Dance Team Auditions: Sunday, Aug 29
Starz Invitation to Dance Team: Friday, September 3
Starz Acceptance Response Reply: Due, Monday, September 6
Team Rehearsals: Begin Sunday, September 12

Lastly: The lost and found tub is very full with water bottles, coats, shoes etc…. Please look through to see if any items may be yours. After picture week we will go through the items and give to someone in need or send to goodwill.
